This is a simple project.

WHO:
Everyone on the planet puts one dollar into a fund.

WHAT:
The fund is used to purchase the latest, greatest technology before giant corporations do. The purchased technology will be made "open source" for the world to use and expand upon.

HOW:
Ideally we'll have early attention from the inventors and entrepreneurs that bring about world changing ideas. They'll know that funds are available to purchase their market-ready technology, leading to early and unrestricted release to the public.

WHY:
Corporations won't solve our 'energy crisis', they have no motivation to. We have to do it ourselves.

HOW TO DONATE:
If you are a family of 3 please donate one dollar for each of you. If you know your grandparents won't be able to donate. Donate a dollar for each of them too. If you want to make sure your dollar isn't diluted with transaction fees, add a nickel or a dime per dollar to offset any fees that the fund incurs.

MANAGEMENT:
The fund will not be touched until it reaches $100K. At which point the non-profit will be formed, the board hand selected and appointed at volunteer status, and the funds put in escrow/invested until time for purchase of desired technology.

PAYPAL:
The 3Floors paypal account will accept payment until the organization is formed and all money less transaction fees will be transferred to "Pay Your Dollar" organization control.
