Curious internet user wishes to use Paypal.

Hello there. I am a person who has been using the internet for years, but not once have I ever been able to buy anything, or use Paypal in general.

This is something I'd like to be able to use in the future as I am somewhat broke and I have great difficulty in gatting a job.

One thing I'd like to buy would be various special editions of games that can only be bought from
