Stroke support in Yorkshire

I work voluntarily for a number of local Stroke support groups. Those affected rarely leave the house and rely on the support group as their only means of contact with society, allowing them the chance to meet and communicate with others.
These groups really make a difference to these peoples lives, so please help us raise the money that’s so desperately needed.
