desperately need help

i need help finding some kind of assistance or help with getting braces. i just turned 20 yearsold and i desperately need them. my family new i needed them and never took me to get them. i could of got them for free to because i was on mass health and still am. i work a minimum wage job and got to college full time. i cant even afford that…i have grants for that through financial aid. i feel embarassed and uncomfortable when i talk. this is basically consuming my life and i feel very depressed. my whole family is on welfare or some kind of assistance, so i basically hve no one to help with the costs. so if anyone knows of any kind of help i can receive, please let me kno. it would be much appreciated
