    <title>Save Student Films Across America</title>
    <link>http://www.pledgie.com/campaigns/217</link>
    <description>We need your help.

SFAA has been forced to make some unfortunate budget cuts because of several financial donors pulling out after plans were made. Vivian? Long gone. Local band performances? A thing of the past. We're as upset as you are about this, but there's nothing we can do. We simply do not have the money.

But we're committed to continuing this festival, whatever our financial situation. We're traveling by bus and sticking to our schedule as best we can. (Check the dates for the most up-to-date info on which shows are going on as planned, and which have switched venues.)

As filmmakers and filmgoers, you can help us out by promoting our show in your home town. Tell friends, fellow students, coffee shop baristas and heck, complete strangers, to come out for the show. Hang up this poster at venues and hip locales. Write your internet friends about our web site. Get the word out! Ticket sales can save our tour. We want to come to your town, and can't do it without you.

We are also in dire need of donations. We urge you to support student filmmaking by clicking on the link below and giving a small donation to our cause. Remember, we're a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and your contributions are tax-deductible.</description>
