The Bottleneck Fund

If you don't make much money, access to Internet can be a next to impossible task. The Bottleneck fund is set up to to create a networked mechanism to provide "airtime" to people Africa so they can connect to the web, either via mobile phone or by providing prepaid internet access in public places.

We also provide a budget to cover the costs for hardware and where needed a basic operating budget to run the local VillageTalk edition.
