Tulku Orgyen P'huntsok proposes a plan for the immediate reconstruction and preservation of the very sacred Pema Köd retreat land in Northern India. Once part of Tibet, the northern section of this land is the subject of Ian Baker's book The Heart of the World: A Journey to Tibet's Lost Paradise. The Pema Köd Project has completed the first phase which included rebuilding retreat cabins for both local and visiting practitioners. The second phase involves building a new temple and restoring several holy statues.
