My friend and I have wanted to climb Mt. Everest as long as either of us can remember. It's a 5 year plan. Right now we need funding for our equipment for our training mountains on our way to Everest. This equipment includes backpacking equipment like bags, tents, water filters, a GPS, hiking shoes, sleeping bags, pads, knife, multitool, flashlight, water bottles, stove, cooking pot, rope, clothing, and food. We estimate the costs to be $1750 per person, for a total of $3500. This is our only chance to reach the summit. Without outside help we will never have the money to make it happen.
