In particular, we would like to buy a Sony HVR-M15U HDV deck. (The deck plays HDV, DVCAM, and miniDV.) A new one runs $1600.</p> <center> <img src="http://www.damshortfilm.org/pledge/deck.jpg" border="0" height="190" alt="" width="300"><br><br></center> <p>We've borrowed equipment in the past, but it's led to numerous breakdowns and headaches. And, unforunately, rental equipment in the Las Vegas area is either inappropriately expensive or of poor quality.</p> <p>Any donations towards the $1600 are greatly appreciated. We're a 501(c)(3) Nevada non-profit corporation.
